Last week I helped someone to cross the road. It is the second time that I do it in a few days. However they were not elderly or blind but turtles. They were in the middle of the road, on the yellow line. No idea about for how long they could be there doomed to finish crossing,

As I ride my bike close to the road edge I see many death animals. The good news are that it means they are a lot of them living on the countryside. In Georgia and Alabama I saw many armadillos. I am specially sorry about them because they are exotic for me as they do not exist in Europe. I see many snakes, deers and other mammals and birds whose name I do not know. I have not seen any, but people say there are a lot of bears and they are everywhere.
