I arrived from Baltimore yesterday in the company of two Canadian riders who are about to return to their country by bicycle, as they have come. We had maps, and even so we got lost on several occasions. We are sleeping in a campsite. For the first time I set up the tent and I turned on the multifuel stove: it works. No television or Internet, but mosquitoes did not allow me get bored. There are also many spiders of all colors and sizes, allegdly harmless but threatening. They climb all over, every time I pick something up I have to remove them. I left a bag of plums out of the tent during the night. I do not know if they were squirrels, foxes, or the Yogui Bear, but in the morning the stones were only.
