La capital del imperio. Los que diseñaron la ciudad dejaron amplios espacios para darle grandeza, sabían que iba a ser la capital de un país poderoso, incluso antes de que el país estuviera geográficamente completo. Parece que todos sabían desde el principio que país querían, donde iban a estar finalmente las fronteras, donde los grandes centros de negocio, las leyes que lo iban a gobernar. Un país que se diseño desde el principio y no el resultado de un proceso histórico como son los países de Europa.

Such a profound insight deserves to be translated for the benefit of the local population:
The capital of the empire. Those who designed the city and gave it lots of great spaces, knew it was going to be the capital of a powerful country, even before the country was geographically complete. It seems that everyone knew from the beginning what the country wanted, what its borders would ultimately become, where the major centers of business would be, and the laws that would govern it. A country that was designed from the beginning, and not the result of a historical process such as was the case with the countries of Europe.
