My potato tortillas are gradually reaching international recognition. My hosts are waiting for me with the ingredients ready to try them. What for us is a humble and simple dish, for them is an exotic delight. I have been perfecting the technique, gaining confidence with the practice and I think it works quite well, though some better than others because it is difficult to use every day different pans, fires and utensils. After a day pedaling on the road, I'm comforted by the kitchen suit and the smell of fried onion when I sit at the table. They are even better when there is a bottle of Spanish wine, like the Rioja in the background, to accompany them.
It is above all the opportunity to share with them for a while in the kitchen and at the table by exchanging opinions and learning from each other that in the end is what is sought when traveling. A university teacher said, "I've learned more by traveling than studying, and I've studied a lot."
And traveling is much more fun.

Sigue pedaleando y no te canses.
suerteeeee.
